Deconvolution Matrix |
Using matrices to find the winner in mixtures. If a variety of A components
are reacted with a variety of B components, the most active chemical AB can
be found by deconvolution. Each mixture has one component held constant. If
the most active mixtures are:pool 2 and pool 3'then it is likely that the most active single chemical is . Image courtesy of Ted Underiner. Reprinted with permission from "A Practical Guide to Combinatorial Chemistry." ©1997 American Chemical Society. |
